NFPA will be publishing the first document specific to commissioning of fire protection systems later this year, NFPA 3 The Recommended Practice for the Commissioning and Integrated Testing of Fire Protection and Life Safety Systems. This presentation will provide the past, present and future of NFPA 3. Specific topics will include commissioning team members, commissioning scheduling and documentation and differentiating the commissioning process from integrated testing.
