After a successful outing last year, the New England Chapter of the SFPE will be continuing the new tradition with the second annual A.L. Brown Scholarship Golf Outing on Friday, September 10th at Cyprian Keyes Golf Club in Boylston, MA! All proceeds from this event will go to the A.L. Brown Scholarship, which is awarded annually to New England students working on a bachelor or graduate degree in an engineering discipline with an interest in pursuing a career in fire protection engineering. Last year, the golf outing raised $3,600 for the scholarship fund.
The outing will be scramble (or best-ball) style. Registration for golf is $125 per player and includes breakfast, 18 holes of golf, golf cart, lunch, and gift bag. A post-golf reception will be held to award prizes. If you would like to just attend the reception, registration is $30, which includes lunch. The outing will start at 8am. Golfers will be able to use the driving range free of charge before the outing starts. Register here!

An auction and a raffle will also be held during the outing with prizes including a foursome at Cyprian Keyes Golf Club, a swing analysis at the Callaway Performance Center at Cyprian Keyes Golf Club, and various golf equipment and gift certificates.
